Our international mountaineering youth camp provides safe and exciting opportunities for kids to experience the mountains, develop new skills, and enables them to become the young leaders of tomorrow.

To register a child, please complete this form. Please note that there are limited places available, and enrollment will be on a first-come, first-served basis. As part of the registration process, you will be prompted to make the payment using a debit or credit card.

1. Health and Safety: I understand that the camp prioritizes the health and safety of all participants, including my ward. I agree to inform the camp staff about any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications that my ward requires.
   
   
2. Code of Conduct: I acknowledge that my ward is expected to follow the camp's code of conduct, which includes respectful behavior towards staff, fellow campers, and camp property.
   
   
3. Guardian Responsibilities: I accept responsibility for ensuring my ward's timely arrival and pickup from the camp. I will provide accurate and up-to-date contact information and notify the camp staff of any changes.
   
   
4. Photography and Media Release: I grant permission for the camp to capture and use photographs, videos, or other media featuring my ward for promotional or educational purposes, while ensuring their privacy and safety.
   
   
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy: I understand and agree with the camp's refund and cancellation policy, which specifies that there are no refunds if there is a cancellation.
   
   
6. Personal Belongings: I acknowledge that the camp is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought by my ward to the camp. I will ensure that my ward's belongings are clearly labeled.
   
   
7. Medical Treatment: I give consent for my ward to receive necessary medical treatment in case of an emergency.
   
   
8. Transportation: I give consent for my ward to be transported safely by authorized camp vehicles or buses to and from camp activities, unless specified otherwise.
   
   
9. Field Trips/Off-Site Activities: I give consent for my ward to participate in all field trips and off-site activities organized by the camp, unless specified otherwise.
   
   
10. Dismissal or Withdrawal: I understand that the camp reserves the right to withdraw or dismiss my ward from the camp in case of severe misconduct and/or repeated violations of camp rules, without any refund. 
    
    
11. Dietary Restrictions: I will provide accurate information regarding any dietary restrictions or food allergies that my ward has. I understand that the camp will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these restrictions, but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
    
    
12. Electronics and Devices: I understand that the camp has specific guidelines regarding the use of electronic devices. I agree that my ward will comply with these guidelines and assume responsibility for any electronic devices brought to the camp.
    
    
13. Lost Items Retrieval: I understand that the camp will make reasonable efforts to locate and return any lost items belonging to my ward. I agree to promptly claim any lost items and assume responsibility for any associated shipping or retrieval fees.
    
    
14. Non-Transferability: I acknowledge that the registration for the camp is non-transferable and that any changes to the registered participant must be communicated to the camp staff in advance and may be subject to additional fees or restrictions.
    
    
15. Visitor Policy: I understand that visitors are not allowed at the camp unless authorized by the camp staff. I agree to adhere to the camp's visitor policy and understand that any unauthorized visits may not be permitted.
    
    
16. Health Form Accuracy: I confirm that all information provided in the health form for my ward is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. I understand that it is my responsibility to promptly notify the camp staff of any changes to this information.
    
    
17. Camp Staff Authority: I acknowledge that camp staff have the authority to enforce camp rules, make decisions in the best interest of participants' safety and well-being, and provide appropriate supervision during camp activities.
    
    
18. Financial Responsibility: I understand and agree to fulfill all financial obligations related to my ward's participation in the camp, including registration fees, additional program fees, and any outstanding balances.
    
    
19. Medication Administration: If my ward requires medication during camp hours, I will provide accurate and detailed instructions, ensure that all medications are properly labeled, and authorize the camp staff to administer the medication as instructed.
    
    
20. Confidentiality and Privacy: I acknowledge and respect the camp's commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of personal information. I understand that all personal data shared with the camp will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The camp will only use the information for camp-related purposes and will not disclose it to third parties without explicit consent.
    
    
21. Bring Essential Items: I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that my ward brings all necessary items required for the camp, including but not limited to clothing, footwear, toiletries, bedding, and any specific equipment or supplies mentioned in the camp's packing list.
    
    
22. Pocket Money and Canteen Usage: I understand that my ward should bring a designated amount of pocket money to use at the camp's canteen. I acknowledge that the camp will provide guidelines on the acceptable amount and usage of pocket money. If there are any restrictions or limitations on my ward's ability to buy items from the canteen, I will inform the camp staff in advance.
    
    
23. Cancellation of Camp Dates: I acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the cancellation of certain camping dates by the camp. In the event of such cancellation, the camp will provide notice as soon as possible and offer a full refund of any fees paid for the affected camping dates.
