Infinity Love is a non-profit organization serving teens by providing them with functional programs. Infinity Love is dedicated to inspiring, supporting and encouraging young people by giving them the necessary tools and resources to succeed and become what they want in life.
Our mission statement: Infinity Love Foundation provides support and empowerment programs to teenagers in our community. We strive to enhance their lives through enrichment programs, workshops, and events that serve and inspire individual advancement. Our programs have proven strong results in increased, courage, educational advancement and personal development.

About the Event

The Queens and the Kings who support them Event is proudly Presented to you by Infinity Love Foundation, to provide a platform to empower women, and the men in the community who support them.
This event is a forum for local residents to be acknowledged for their work in the community, and upcoming business owners to network and build with established business owners. Our goal is to continue to give back to the community, by holding the 6th Annual Empowerment Event, "Queens and the Kings who support them" Expo.
In this community-focused event, we aim to change personal lives and build professional engagement between parents, educational facilities, businesses, and our local organizations. We hope you see the value in supporting this empowering event as the message of this expo will remain in many hearts and homes for years to come.

I/we the applicants accept the following conditions: I/we agree to assume full responsibility for my property. In addition, I/we do expressly release Infinity Love Foundation it’s board and members from any and all liability for any damage, injury, or loss of any person, business or property which arise from the occupation of the rented space by the applicant(s), and agree to hold Infinity Love, it’s board and members harmless of any damage, injury or loss by reason thereof. I/we understand that if this application is not accepted, all fees will be returned by mail. If this application is accepted, I/we give permission to use my name and business name and any pictures taken of me or my items for any and all purposes. There is absolutely no refunds. I understand that for whatever reason I need to cancel my appearance at any Infinity Love Foundation events, I will not receive a refund. I agree to all of the conditions of The Infinity Love, it’s board and members.
Upon completion this form, and payment you are a confirmed vendor.

The undersigned vendor agrees to release, discharge and hold free and harmless of any and all claims, demands, actions, the cause of action, or liability(ILF and venue site owner/landlord /staff) which may exist by reason of any damage, loss or injury which may be sustained by the undersigned and/or his/her vendor associates, in consequence of being allowed to participate in this event.

This Vendor Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by you, the vendor, (hereinafter, “you” or “Vendor”) and Infinity Love Foundation and sets out the terms and conditions governing your participation in the Queens and the Kings Expo (each, an “Event”). By participating as a vendor at any Event you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms set out below.
Application & Payment: In order to participate in any event (even if you have participated in prior Events) Vendor must fill out an application for each Event (each an “Application”) specifying the details of your requested participation in the Event, and send in the required payment. Exact dates, prices, and instructions are listed on the Application for each Event.
Infinity Love Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any Vendor in its sole discretion. Services: Once accepted, the Vendor will be assigned a designated spot. You are responsible for bringing decoration to define your space. Infinity Love Foundation reserves the right to assign Vendor a designated spot within the Event as it sees fit. Infinity Love Foundation does not accept requests for specific spot assignments and cannot guarantee that the Vendor’s assigned spot will be free from structural or architectural obstructions. Vendors needing more space will be charged an additional fee.
Term: This Agreement commences upon your completion of the Application to be a vendor at any Event(s) and shall continue in effect through your participation in such Event(s) unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms contained herein.
Liability: Infinity Love Foundation shall not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred by Vendor, including, without limitation, damage to Vendor’s property, loss of sales, or injury to or death of Vendor (or its agents, employees, and/or personnel). Infinity Love Foundation’s maximum liability arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed, in the aggregate/ate, the amounts paid to it by Vendor, and in no event shall Infinity Love Foundation be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive or special damages regardless of the cause of such damages. Vendor expressly assumes all risks of loss, damage, liability, injury, or destruction resulting from any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to acts or omissions by Vendor, and hereby releases and waives any claims against Infinity Love Foundation, Queens and the Kings Expo related to such loss, damage, liability, injury, and/or destruction. Vendor covenants that it shall be fully responsible for any damages resulting from its participation in any Event, and agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Infinity Love Foundation (and its officers, employees, agents, vendors, affiliates, and representatives) harmless against any claims arising out of or related to Vendor’s participation in any Event, including for claims arising out of Vendor’s negligent actions or omissions.
Representations and Warranties: Infinity Love Foundation, Queens and the Kings Expo make no representation, guarantee, or warranty with respect to any Event. All warranties, express or implied, are hereby disclaimed, including, without limitation, the warranties of marketability and fitness for a particular purpose. Infinity Love Foundation does not guarantee any level of attendance at the event and there will be no refund to Vendors, under any circumstances, except as expressly provided for herein, even after the Event list is completed. The vendor list, map, and spot assignments are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations: If there is a cancellation:
1. By Vendor: If the Vendor needs to cancel, they must notify Queens and the Kings Expo by email to Queensexpoinfo@gmail.com. Any cancellations will not receive a refund. By canceling, Vendor forfeits their spot at the Event.
2. By Infinity Love Foundation: If a cancellation of the Event by Infinity Love Foundation, Queens and the Kings Expo is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, acts of a third party, or other circumstances which (in Infinity Love Foundation’s sole judgment) may compromise the safety of Event participants, then the Event will be venue change or rescheduled and there will be no refunds to Vendor.
Assignment: Vendor may not assign this Agreement to any third party, or delegate any of its obligations without the written consent of Infinity Love Foundation. Only the accepted Vendors will be allowed to sell or distribute their goods or services, and/or conduct activities at the Event.
Termination:
1. Termination for Convenience: This Agreement may be terminated by Infinity Love Foundation at any time, with or without cause, immediately upon notice to the Vendor.
2. Termination for Default: Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately upon notice to the other party in the event of a breach or default by the other party of any term, condition, or covenant of this Agreement.
Code of Conduct:
1. You agree to read and abide by all directives, regulations, and Event rules provided to you, including those sent via email to the email address provided on your application. Infinity Love Foundation, Queens and the Kings Expo reserves the right to decline, prohibit, or expel any Vendor exhibit, or prevent any activity, displays, product, or conduct, which (in Infinity Love Foundation’s sole judgment) is out of keeping with the character of the Event or endangers the venue, any attendee, or other vendors.
2. Vendor and its agents, employees, personnel, and/or independent contractors who participate in the Event agree to be bound by this Agreement and shall comply with its terms and all Event rules, regulations, and directives as expressed to Vendor by Infinity Love Foundation in any way at any time. The terms of this Agreement, including any limitations and waivers, inures to the benefit of the Infinity Love Foundation and its affiliates and Event co-producers and sponsors.
Miscellaneous:
1. The relationship of Vendor to Infinity Love Foundation is that of an independent contractor, and nothing contained in this Agreement will be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency, or other relationship between the parties, or to make Infinity Love Foundation liable for the debts or obligations of Vendor.
2. This Agreement, any Event rules and regulations provided to Vendor Infinity Love Foundation or Queens and the Kings Expo’s affiliates, and the Application completed by Vendor constitute the entire Agreement and understanding between the parties hereto with respect to Vendor’s participation in the Event.
3. If any term herein is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable then that term will be severed and the remainder of the Agreement will remain in force.
4. No amendment or revision to this Agreement shall be effective unless agreed to in writing by the Infinity Love Foundation.
5. This Agreement is non-exclusive and the Infinity Love Foundation reserves the right to contract with other vendors for the Event.
6. Any delay or failure by Infinity Love Foundation to exercise any right or power under this Agreement shall not be construed to be a waiver of said right or power or any other right or power under this Agreement.

By submitting your application you are agreeing to terms and conditions

(1) Fee do not include tables and chairs

(2) Doors open to patrons at noon. The vendors' arrival time is 10:30 am no later than 10:45 am. Our goal is to be “prepared" when doors open.

(3) Please advertise and promote the event to your clients, family & friends through email, text, social media to ensure the maximum number of Expo attendees.

(4) Each vendor will receive a pass for one adult person to assist with their table.

(5) Vendor Donation fee payable via Cash App/PayPal. Your 100% deposit is due upon immediately to reserve your space. Donation fee (non-refundable)

(6) Be sure to be very specific when explaining your product/service. A visual of your table set-up looks like.

(7) Vendors will occupy his or her space/table at all times and keep the space clean.

(8) WE ASK THAT EACH VENDOR DONATE A GIFT TO BE RAFFLED (minimum $15).

(9) The venue does not allow any signs/posters and/or advertisements tapped or pinned on the building.

(10) Vendors will abide by parking, loading and unloading policies as stated.

COVID-19 Safety Measures

- Staff, Vendors and Attendees are required to stay home if your sick
- Mask and use of hand sanitizer are required for entry of all attendees.
- 6 feet distance between all vendors and attendees
- Temperature checks for all staff, vendors, and attendees
- Mask are required throughout the entire event for all staff, vendors, and attendees.
- Limit the number of staff in your booth space to 2 people, including yourself.
- Wipe down your high touch areas in your booth space hourly with disinfecting wipes.
- Also use touchless payment methods and not only accept cash as a primary method.
- Place hand sanitizer at your booth space for quest
- I.L.F will be monitoring the attendee capacity and the number of attendees entering and leaving the event.
Vendor Set Up:
- Please be sure to confirm with your event coordinator for booth set up times (Late arrivals will be charged a $20 late fee)
- Vendors must check in with a Infinity Love staff member prior to setting up to receive your assigned
space and vendor wristbands.
