Client needs during the Annual Election Period can vary widely. Some clients have urgent concerns and require a meeting, while others may not intend to make changes and don’t need to meet at all. Many simply want a quick check-in via email to determine if a meeting is necessary.
To assist all my clients efficiently during this limited 53-day window, I’ve created this simple form for you to share your current needs.
Quick Reminder: Medicare Supplement Plans (or Medigap Plans) like Plan F, Plan G, and Plan N are not affected by the Annual Election Period and can be adjusted year-round. Ideally, unless there’s an urgent issue, I recommend handling changes to these plans outside of the Annual Election Period so we can focus on plans that can only be changed during this time. If you’re unsure about your plan, please don’t hesitate to ask!
