DUE TO EXCESSIVE CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES
NEW CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE FEE $25
- Fee must be paid to secure your space (DUE WITHIN 7 DAYS). Space will remain available or offered to the next on the list until payments are received.
- Event promotion is required. (We monitor and re-post, not promoting will effect future bookings)
- Booth sharing is not allowed.
- BE ON TIME & PREPARED - Please Communicate any issues immediately.
- You must stay for the entire event (packing up and leaving early will effect future bookings) Please Commincate any issues immediately
- No reschedules for No-Shows (Non-payments & No-Shows will effect future bookings)
- NO REFUNDS
- RESCHEDULES MUST PROVIDE AT LEAST 72 HOURS NOTICE (less forfeits your space & fee)
- You are responsible for reporting all your own SALES TAX.
- A copy of your Sales Tax Certificate should be available if needed.
NOTE: An Approval does not confirm your space, payment confirms your space.

In order to continue to provide and produce successful and organized events, we must be firm with our policies. We ask that any issues or concerns be communicated immediately so that we can plan accordingly.
