    DUE TO EXCESSIVE CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES
    NEW CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE FEE $25

    • Fee must be paid to secure your space (DUE WITHIN 7 DAYS). Space will remain available or offered to the next on the list until payments are received. 
    • Event promotion is required. (We monitor and re-post, not promoting will effect future bookings)
    • Booth sharing is not allowed.
    • BE ON TIME & PREPARED - Please Communicate any issues immediately.
    • You must stay for the entire event (packing up and leaving early will effect future bookings) Please Commincate any issues immediately 
    • No reschedules for No-Shows (Non-payments & No-Shows will effect future bookings) 
    • NO REFUNDS
    • RESCHEDULES MUST PROVIDE AT LEAST 72 HOURS NOTICE (less forfeits your space & fee)
    • You are responsible for reporting all your own SALES TAX.
    • A copy of your Sales Tax Certificate should be available if needed.

    NOTE: An Approval does not confirm your space, payment confirms your space.
