RESERVATION CHANGE POLICY: Showcase Management, LLC and the hotels require that all reservation changes be submitted by using the form provided below. Showcase has created a form for your convenience to avoid any confusion and to ensure your reservation change is done in a timely manner.
REMINDER: Each hotel sets their own reservation change terms review those that apply to your particular hotel to ensure that you are within their guidelines.
NOTE: All changes must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. NOON within 7 days prior to arrival. Refer to the team agreement and check the confirmation e-mail you received with the demographics of the hotel for the reservation change policy.
PLEASE NOTE:
- In order to better serve you and to provide technology and systems to process your reservation change, there is a nonrefundable $3 fee to change your reservation
- Making this request does not guarentee a reservation change IF DONE AFTER 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
- Please allow Showcase time to process your reservation change for the tournament you have requested
- Your reservation change has NOT been changed unless you receive a reservation change confirmation email
- Should you not receive that reservation change email prior to two weeks before the event, please email Susan Smith at ssmith@showcasemgmt.com to confirm receipt of your reservation change
