RESERVATION CHANGE POLICY: Showcase Management, LLC and the hotels require that all reservation changes be submitted by using the form provided below. Showcase has created a form for your convenience to avoid any confusion and to ensure your reservation change is done in a timely manner.
REMINDER: Each hotel sets their own reservation change terms review those that apply to your particular hotel to ensure that you are within their guidelines.
NOTE: All changes must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. NOON within the reservation change policy set by each hotel. Some are 14 days business days, 7 business days, 5 business days and 3 business days. Refer to the team agreement and check the confirmation e-mail you received with the demographics of the hotel for the reservation change policy.
In order to better serve you and to provide technology and systems to process your reservation change, there is a nonrefundable $2 fee to change your reservation

Your reservation change has NOT been changed unless you receive a reservation change confirmation email
