Our lead times can vary but we would want to do our best to meet your requirements. Please can you select a date that you would like your bike to be ready by?*

We aim to reply to your form submission in 1-2 working days.

We may not always be able to meet this date and our workshop will contact you to confirm the earliest workshop date we have available.

Where possible please drop your bike off 24 hours in advance of your appointment or no later than 11 am on the day of your service. We kindly ask that your bike be delivered to us in a clean state. We do not offer a specific time slot to carry out the service on your bike. Should you wish to wait while you have your bike serviced please provide us with as much notice as possible. We will strive to get your bike serviced and finished before the end of that day - depending on the availability of spares. If we have to clean your bike, an additional charge of £15 per bike will apply.

Please note, there will be a £50.00 deposit taken by our workshop team to secure the booking. This is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the day of your workshop booking. This deposit will go towards your final bill and if your bill is lower than £50.00 you will be refunded.
