A completed application must be submitted to the camp office with payment of the non-refundable registration and security fee. The registration and security fee will not be credited towards the tuition fees.
Upon acceptance & approval from the camp office of this registration form, along with the registration and security fee, a space is reserved for your child. You will receive a packet of all the necessary required forms prior to the beginning of camp. For your child to begin in our program, all required forms must be turned into the camp office by May 3, 2025. No exceptions!!
All camp tuition fees are required to be paid in full by June 1, 2025. Temple Sinai of Hollywood currently accepts the following forms of payment: ACH, Amex, Visa, and Master Card. Please make sure you have your Shulcloud account set up with your preferred payment methods. The Temple Sinai of Hollywood Board of Governors has mandated a 3% handling fee for the use of credit cards. The Temple makes no profit on this charge, and you can avoid it by simply making your payments in one of the other payments options listed. Additionally, a $35.00 fee will be assessed for each returned check and payable immediately to the school office upon notice. A credit card and/or ACH must be kept on file for Kids Club fees that were not pre-paid at the time of registration.
Children that are NOT pre-enrolled in our early drop off (7:30-9:00a.m.) and/or extended day program (Monday through Thursday 4:00-6:00p.m. and Friday 4:00-5:00p.m.) will be charged at a rate of $15.00 per hour. A current credit card must be kept on file and will be used for any extended care fees incurred during summer camp.
Included with tuition are Kosher lunches and snacks. In order to maintain our kashrut status, if you are sending food for your child, please DO NOT SEND BEEF, PORK, CHICKEN OR SHELLFISH PRODUCTS to camp. We are also a PEANUT and TREE NUT FREE facility.
Shulcloud(Payment) Account Setup
(Accepted forms of payments: ACH, Visa, Amex, and Mastercard)
Current Families: Please make sure you have your Shulcloud account updated with your preferred payment methods.
New Families: Shulcloud is a program we use for payments. You will be sent an email from "Temple Sinai Of Hollywood"(Please check your spam folder). In the email, there is a "click here" to set up your Shulcloud account. When you click on the link, it will ask you to set up a password. Once completed, you will be connected with different options. First, click the section for "Payment Methods" to input your choice of payment(ACH or credit card - please note there is a 3% fee that applies to all credit card transactions). Once you have the payment method set up, go back to the main screen and select "My Transactions". In this section you should be able to see any fees due and make a payment, as well as set up recurring payments.
Any changes in tuition must be made in writing to the camp office. No refunds will be given for any changes made after June 1, 2025.
