This Privacy Policy describes how GiftGiver ("app", "bot', "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you use our Discord bot.

We use the information collected to: Track invites, function properly, determine giveaway outcomes and giveaway based requirements.

The Bot collects only the essential data needed to track invites and manage rewards effectively. This data includes User IDs, Guild IDs, invites generated by you, Role IDs, Channel IDs, and the message count and message content along with the server from which the message originated.

We collect only the minimum data needed to track invites and manage giveaways within Discord servers. Data can be deleted upon request via direct messages. Data collected by the Bot is stored indefinitely unless a deletion request is received, or such as under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).While we strive to comply with applicable laws, we cannot guarantee immediate data deletion when a user leaves a server or upon request. Users concerned about data collection are advised to refrain from using the bot and creating invites within discord servers containing the bot.

We do not share any personal information collected through the Bot with third parties.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
