Our games contain no in-game text. If the rulebook in your preferred language isn’t included in the box of a game you’d like, you can simply download it from our website.

IMPORTANT

When picking up your order at our desk during the event, it is essential to bring a valid proof of identity (e.g. passport, ID card, or driver’s license). The name on the document must exactly match the name provided here as the person authorized to collect the order. Please note that presenting only a copy of the order confirmation is not sufficient — a valid proof of identity is required.

If these conditions are not met, the order cannot be handed over to the person presenting themselves at the desk. Our staff is instructed to strictly enforce this rule and cannot be held responsible for its application, as they are simply following the procedure given to them.

If your order has not been collected by the end of the event, you will have two options:

• You may either request a refund, in which case 10% of the order value will be retained to cover handling costs,
• Or you may request that your order be shipped to you. In this case, the applicable shipping costs will be determined and confirmed with you individually.
