    Special Circumstances
If you, your child, or another individual needing vaccination requires a special arrangement (e.g., disability, needle anxiety, car-bound service, etc.), please email clinic@skippackpharmacy.com to schedule a time with one of our specially trained vaccinators.

    Uninsured Patients
If you or the person you are registering does not have insurance, please email clinic@skippackpharmacy.com before scheduling. Our team will confirm the details and guide you through the next steps. We are committed to helping uninsured patients, but certain processes must be followed to ensure everything is set up correctly.

    Babies/Toddlers Vaccines
For parents signing up their toddlers 2 and under, appointments are required and no walk-ins will be permitted as a nurse has to be present.  If you cannot come on a date/time that is available on the schedule below, please fill this form to be informed of other upcoming clinics.

    Important
For any special circumstance or uninsured appointment, your visit must be pre-arranged and confirmed by email with a team member. If confirmation has not been received, our in-store staff may not be able to accommodate you on the day of your appointment.
