Thank you for your interest in The Winter Folklore Fayre — a curated Community Folklore & Wellbeing Gathering taking place on Saturday 21st November 2026 at The Townley Hall, Fulbourn.This event is being intentionally curated to create a calm, atmospheric and community-focused gathering rooted in folklore, seasonal connection, wellbeing and the strange/wonderful.Applications are welcomed from aligned traders, readers, artists, makers, folklore-inspired spaces and a small number of carefully chosen healing/wellbeing practitioners.Please complete the form below with as much detail as possible.
IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION

- Indoor trader spaces (4ft or 6ft): £45 per pitch

- Healing Spaces: £55

- Outdoor gazebo spaces (3m x 3m): £55 per pitch

- Limited tables are available via the hall and will be allocated on a first-request basis.

- Chairs are provided for all spaces.

- Outdoor spaces are gazebo-sized pitches on hard ground suitable for traders providing their own gazebo/setup and appropriate weighting.

- If you require more than one space or have a larger setup than standard, please outline your requirements within your application form.

- Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance, as this event will be intentionally curated to preserve the overall atmosphere and vision of the gathering.
