    The options below are for deposit payments only. The full camp price and remaining balance are listed in each item’s description. Your card will be automatically charged the remaining balance on May 1, 2026.

    Optional Payment Plans Available

    Registering for 2 or more weeks? You may qualify for a payment plan to split your balance into 2–6 payments in April and May.  Email us at camps@snapologylrh.com to request a payment plan for your balance.

    Important Notes:

    Deposits are non-refundable, but we’re happy to transfer your registration to a different week if needed.

    Discounted spots are limited — once they’re gone, they’re gone!

    Please Note:
    An additional $25 materials fee will apply to your balance for the 1–4pm camp, Snapology Favorites: Crafting and Designing (ages 5–7), running July 6–10. This fee helps cover the cost of the exciting crafting supplies used during the program.

    An additional $40 fee will also apply to your balance for the 9am-4pm camp, Video Game Design (ages 8-12) running August 3–7. This fee covers the cost of the flash drive and the time required to process and transfer your child's game onto the device.

    Flash drives will be available for pickup at the Lancaster Center approximately 3 weeks after the program ends. If you'd prefer to have the flash drive shipped to your home, an additional $8 mailing fee will apply.

            Deposit for 3-Weeks of Half Day Camps

            This is the discounted deposit only for three-weeks of half day camps for one child. The total discounted price for 3-weeks for one child is $507.45 (balance will be $387.45 per child charged on May 1) . If you have multiple children, you will need to change the quantity accordingly.

            Deposit/week for a 4th+ Week of Half Day Camps

            This is the weekly deposit for any addition weeks beyond 3 of half day camps for one child. The price for the 4th+ week of half day camps for one child is $169.15 per week (balance will be $129.15 per week/child charged on May 1) . You MUST also select the '3-Weeks of Half or Full Day Camps' then add the number of additional camp weeks times the number of children and select that quantity. Ex. One additional week for 2 children, you would choose 2; 1 additional week for 1 child, you would choose 1; or 2 additional children for 2 weeks, you would choose 4.

            This is the discounted deposit only for three-weeks of full day camps for one child. The total discounted price for 3-weeks for one child is $1014.90 (balance will be $789.90 per child charged on May 1) . If you have multiple children, you will need to change the quantity accordingly.

            This is the weekly deposit for any addition weeks beyond 3 of full day camps for one child. The price for the 4th+ week of half day camps for one child is $338.30 per week (balance will be $263.30 per week/child charged on May 1) . You MUST also select the '3-Weeks of Full or Half Day Camps' then add the number of additional camp weeks times the number of children and select that quantity. Ex. One additional week for 2 children, you would choose 2; 1 additional week for 1 child, you would choose 1; or 2 additional children for 2 weeks, you would choose 4.
