I understand that this is for a digital commission PNG file, not paper format, and this is not for getting tattooed elsewhere, signed:

All commissions require 50% upfront as a non-refundable drawing fee which covers the cost of the sketching process. It also means you get to approve the sketch before the final result. Once finished, I will send over the art file upon recieving the final payment. I take this via PayPal or etransfer for my Canadian clients!
