SoleSounds Training Class

SoleSounds Training is a monthly tuition-based breaking program. Enrollment reserves the participant’s place in an assigned training time.

Monthly tuition: $160 per participant
Monthly recurring tuition is billed on the 1st of each month

The participant’s regular training day, time, and location will be confirmed directly between SoleSounds and the parent/guardian or adult participant. The participant’s training schedule and location may be adjusted by mutual agreement between SoleSounds and the parent/guardian or adult participant.

Approved make-up sessions or alternate training times may be offered when space, scheduling, and safety allow. Make-up sessions are not guaranteed and must be approved by SoleSounds in advance. Participation at an approved alternate time or location does not require a new registration form, and the existing waiver, tuition agreement, and payment authorization remain in effect.

SoleSounds Participation Waiver and Release of Liability

I understand that participation in SoleSounds breaking, dance, conditioning, movement training, guided open practice, approved make-up sessions, alternate training times, and related activities involves physical activity.

Activities may include stretching, footwork, floorwork, freezes, spins, strength training, coordination drills, balance work, and other dance or athletic movements.

I understand that physical activity carries possible risk of injury, including soreness, bruises, sprains, strains, falls, impact with the floor, overuse injuries, or other unexpected injuries. SoleSounds will make reasonable efforts to provide a safe, structured, and supportive training environment, but injuries can still happen.

To the best of my knowledge, the participant is physically able to participate. I agree to inform SoleSounds of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, physical limitations, or concerns that may affect safe participation. I understand that it is my responsibility to update SoleSounds if any health or medical information changes.

I understand that the participant is expected to follow instructions, train with awareness, respect the training space, respect others, and avoid unsafe behavior. SoleSounds may adjust, limit, or stop participation in certain activities if safety becomes a concern.

In the event of an emergency, I authorize SoleSounds staff or instructors to seek appropriate medical assistance if I cannot be reached immediately. I understand that I am responsible for any medical costs connected to treatment.

By agreeing to this waiver, I voluntarily assume the risks connected with participation in SoleSounds classes, training sessions, guided open practice, approved make-up sessions, alternate training times or locations, and related activities.

I release and hold harmless SoleSounds, its instructors, staff, assistants, representatives, and facility partners from claims, liability, damages, or expenses arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

I understand that this waiver remains in effect for participation in approved SoleSounds training sessions, times, and locations unless SoleSounds requires an updated waiver.

SoleSounds Tuition Policy Agreement
SoleSounds Training is a monthly tuition-based program. Tuition reserves the participant’s ongoing place in the program and is not calculated per individual class attended.

Monthly tuition is $160 per participant.

Initial Tuition Payment

A one-time initial tuition payment of $160 is required to complete enrollment and secure the participant’s place in SoleSounds Training.

This initial payment covers the participant’s first month of attendance and is separate from future recurring monthly tuition.

Recurring monthly tuition begins on the 1st of the month following the participant’s initial month of attendance.

Recurring Monthly Tuition

After enrollment, SoleSounds will establish recurring monthly billing using the payment method authorized and saved during the initial payment process.

Recurring tuition is automatically charged on the 1st of each month and continues until enrollment is canceled according to the withdrawal policy below.

Tuition is non-refundable once charged.

Missed classes, absences, vacations, holidays, school breaks, illness, or personal schedule conflicts do not reduce monthly tuition.

Some months may include more class days and some months may include fewer class days. Monthly tuition remains the same because tuition reserves the participant’s ongoing place in the program.

If SoleSounds cancels a class due to studio closure, instructor illness, emergency, or special schedule conflict, a make-up option, class credit, or tuition adjustment may be provided at SoleSounds’ discretion.

Payment must remain active and current for the participant to continue. If a payment fails, is declined, or becomes past due, the family is responsible for updating the payment method and resolving the balance. Participation may be paused until payment is current.

Withdrawal Policy

Enrollment is month to month.

If a family wishes to withdraw from SoleSounds, written notice must be provided before the next monthly billing date.

Monthly tuition is billed on the 1st of each month. To avoid the next month’s charge, withdrawal notice must be received before the 1st of that month.

Stopping attendance does not automatically cancel enrollment or future billing.

If a participant withdraws and later wishes to return, re-enrollment is subject to availability. The participant’s previous spot is not guaranteed after withdrawal.
