I understand and accept that for this claim to be valid we will need to provide the following information as outlined, unless agreed with Solmar Villas
1. Claim to be submitted within 4 working days of clients departure
2. Photos/Video to be uploaded at the time of reporting OR by email within 14 days
3. Invoice for repair/replacement at the time of reporting OR by email within 14 days
Failure to follow the above timescales or guidelines may result in the damage claim being rejected.
