    Condition of gates, fences, steps, driveways, walls, paths
    Key box – accessible and working
    Building – paintwork, roof, shutters, doors, windows in good repair

  • Check for:
    General cleanliness – dust, floors, soft furnishings
    Odours – damp/fresh
    Comfort – furnishings, sofas, tables, chairs in good condition
    Décor – artwork, cushions, homely touches
    Natural light – bright / airy / dull

  • Check for:
    General cleanliness – dust, floors, cupboard interiors, fridge/ freezers/ bins/ seating and table condition
    Odours – damp/fresh
    Utensils and inventory - Sufficient qty, Undamaged & organised matching sets of plates/ glasses etc. Plastic plates/ glasses
    General Feel - Clean and Hygienic, welcoming, organised, homely touches
    Natural light – bright / airy / dull
    Fixtures and Fittings - Cupboards and worktops in good condition, no chips, peeling doors, broken or doors needing rehanging or adjusting
    Large and small Appliances - Clean and free from dents, rust, worn dials, limescale, scratches.
    Basic start up items supplied - Binbags, oil, salt & pepper, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder etc.

  • Check for:
    Cleanliness – floors, walls, wardrobes, under beds, skirting boards
    Smell – fresh / damp / musty
    Bedding – clean, fresh, no stains, good condition
    Mattress & pillows – supportive, no sagging, no odours, good condition
    Furniture – wardrobes, drawers, bedside tables clean and functional
    Lighting – all bulbs working, adequate bedside lamps
    Décor – homely, bright, inviting (not sparse or dull)
    Comfort – curtains/blinds working and blocking light where required

  • Check for:
    Cleanliness – tiles, grout, mirrors, fixtures
    Signs of mould / damp / limescale
    Fixtures & fittings – taps, shower, WC, flush working correctly
    General feel – hygienic / welcoming
    Supplies – toilet roll, bin, soap where required

  • Check for:
    Garden maintenance – grass, plants, hedges
    Structural maintenance – decking, tiles, pathways, walls
    Pool – clean, tiles intact, pool shower working
    Furniture – clean, not broken, cushions available
    General feel – inviting, private, well-kept
