    Please complete the form below to apply to be featured at our annual Pink Out Picnic event. The event will take place on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at 1PM in West Point, GA. The cost to participate is $40.00 per vendor. Please note the application fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, & is not dependent upon potential generated sales. Selected vendors will be featured on flyer and advertised with event.

    Before applying for your space at the event, please be aware of additional vending requirements: 1. We expect all vendors to promote this event to the best of their ability, by hanging posters, posting on social media using the #rebirthofsisterhood hashtag, email blasting your network, inviting on our Facebook event page, etc.2. All vendors will receive a designated area to setup and is responsible for cleaning that area when done. Venders are responsible for bringing their own setup (tent, table, chairs, etc.) needed to fulfill their duties. Additional space available upon request (fee applies). 3. All vendors must arrive on time and be ready for service at the start time of the event. 4. Failure to show up to the event without proper notice of at least 24hrs prior to the event will result in no future vendor access to any events hosted by (TRS)/possible legal action. 5. Vendors will not vend any goods or services that aren't agreed upon or listed above at or during the event without written consent by the host. By submitting this application/contract you are stating that you understand at your own free will that you agree to the terms of this contract, will follow these guidelines to the best of your ability, and that failure to do so could result in no longer being able to be a vendor at any future events and could possibly face legal action. Vendor Conduct Clause During Event: All vendors are expected to maintain professional, respectful, and appropriate conduct throughout the duration of the event. Vendors must treat event organizers, fellow vendors, volunteers, and attendees with courtesy and respect at all times.Vendors agree to:Conduct business in a positive and professional manner.Refrain from any disruptive, offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior.Follow all event guidelines, instructions from event coordinators, and venue rules.Maintain a clean and organized vendor space.The event organizers reserve the right to address any conduct that is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the values of the event. Vendors who fail to comply with these expectations may be asked to modify their behavior, remove inappropriate materials, or leave the event without refund if the situation warrants immediate action.Liability and Responsibility ClauseVendor Liability and ResponsibilityVendors are solely responsible for their products, equipment, displays, and personal property during the event. The event organizers, hosts, volunteers, sponsors, and venue shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury that may occur before, during, or after the event.Vendors agree to assume full responsibility for any damage caused by their booth, equipment, or actions to event property, venue property, or to other vendors and attendees.Each vendor is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure setup and ensuring that their booth space does not pose any hazards to others. Vendors must comply with all local laws, safety regulations, and venue rulesBy participating in the event, vendors agree to release and hold harmless the event organizers, hosts, volunteers, sponsors, and venue from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses that may arise from the vendor’s participation in the event.

    When you attend this event or program, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By attending the event, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, or any other purpose by TRS (The Rebirth of Sisterhood) and its affiliates and representatives. You release its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings. By attending the event, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, web casting televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by or the person or entity designated to do so. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.
