ACTIVITIES

To ensure adequate downtime and integration of your experiences, we recommend keeping your schedule manageable. This is not about cramming in as much as you can, but rather savouring the quality of each component.

As activities vary in duration, consider planning up to 2 activities for a half-day, or 4 for a full day, to allow for a balanced and restorative experience.

All activities are facilitated or taught by appropriately qualified people.

EQUINE ACTIVITIES

Meet The Herd (1hr) - an opportunity to be introduced to the herd, learning about each member and horses as a collectiveGround-based Equine Experience (2hr) - mindful interaction, emotional connection, presencing with calm therapy horses
THERAPEUTIC ACTIVITIES

Breathwork (1.5hr) - facilitated session to release tension, foster calm, improve sleep and deepen connection to oneselfYoga (1.5hr) - gentle practices for beginners thru more advanced participantsSound bath (1.5hr) - relax, reduce stress and release anxiety through therapeutic sounds and vibrations from instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimesMindfulness through photography (2hr) - a guided session to offer the opportunity of self-reflection in beautiful natural settingsArt in & with nature (2hr) - fun, guided practices to foster self-awareness and cultivate confidenceTai Chi (1.5hr) - gentle practices to foster self-awareness and cultivate confidenceDrumming Circle (1.5hr) - rhythmic sessions for grounding and shared energyMeditation (1hr) - guided practiceNature Walks (1-2hr) - exploring forest trails, ancient rock formations and the beauty and wonder of natureSomatic Practices (1hr) - experience body scan, grounding exercises and discover the importance of moving from head to heartMassage (individual) (1-1.5hr)

Booking & Confirmation

To secure your retreat dates and confirm any external facilitators, a non-refundable confirmation deposit of $200 is required. This amount is credited in full toward your final retreat balance.

Due to the bespoke nature of our retreats and the coordination involved with external practitioners, dates cannot be held without a deposit. Once received, all elements of your experience will be formally scheduled and confirmed.

Final balance is due 7 days prior to arrival

In the event you need to cancel, we require 14 days notice.
