This one-day workshop will provide an opportunity for educators interested in learning about transformational leadership in preK-12 settings; personal characteristics school districts are looking for in building leaders and what one can do to prepare for success as a building leader; licensing requirements that lead to school building administration certification in Kansas, and the Southwestern College online Master of Education in School Leadership program and coursework, admission, tuition, and financial aid options.

Participants will also have an opportunity to meet and network with practicing
educational leaders with Southwestern College connections.
