Please consider joining us for the 2025 Fall Career & Internship Expo's at Southwestern College.
Businesses are invited to attend and provide a hands-on activity or demonstration pertaining to a career or careers plus provide pertinent information such as career and internship opportunities at their business or in their career field, career outlook, etc. Information may be provided through a variety of ways such as signage, displays, or handouts. NO LATEX: BALLOONS and MINIMAL USE OF RUBBER BANDS PLEASE.
The Expo's are open to all Southwestern College students, students from other colleges in the greater south-central Kansas and north-central Oklahoma areas, all high school seniors, and is open to the general public.
We invite you to bring brochures and other company materials, a list of current open positions, handouts on how to apply, any table decorations or banners you use, and any other promotional items you would like to share. You are also welcome to give away prizes.
Fees & Amenities
The registration fee is $60 and includes one table with two chairs as well as 2 box lunches. The space will be approximately 8' x 10'. Registration pays for meal and also goes towards the Builder Career Closet and the Builder Internship Fund.
Please let us know if you have dietary restrictions in the registration area below.
Extra lunches can be purchased at time of registration for $15 per lunch.
Starbucks is available throughout for purchase of drinks and snacks.
Set-Up & Take Down
Move-in time is between 11:00 am and 11:30 am on the dates above. Tear down is immediately after the career fair ends.
Please register by FRIDAY the week before the date you choose. If you want to come to two or more career fairs then please register twice.
