SC Identification Card Request - Southwestern College

New Students/Faculty/Staff

Provide information for the production of your SC ID card. We will verify your eligibility for the card requested and produce it for you.

The ID card is used not only for identification, but also for the administration of meal plans, door access, library loan, using campus printers, and admission to cultural or athletic events. Your Id card leaves an electronic record of what you have accessed. Protect it accordingly.

Cost

Your first SC ID card is issued at no cost. There is a $10.00 fee for replacement cards which will be billed to your student account.

Photo Requirements

The photo should be passport-style and meet the following requirements:

The photo should be a color, JPEG file format
The background should be uniform and light-colored
You must be facing forward, with your head and shoulders clearly visible
You must be the only person in the photo
No photos with sunglasses or hats will be accepted
The file cannot exceed 5MB in size

All photo submissions are reviewed before approval. Please note that this is a manual process and approval time is necessary. If your submitted photo is unable to be accepted, you will be contacted.
