I hereby voluntarily acknowledge and agree to the following in connection with my participation in activities and use of the facilities of the indoor obstacle course, Thrillscape Arena at Okada Manila.
Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that participating in activities and use of the obstacle course involves inherent risks and hazards. I understand that despite all safety measures in place, there is a possibility of accidents and injuries occurring, and I willingly accept these risks.
Release of Liability: I hereby release and discharge Okada Manila, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, or actions, arising out of any injuries, damages, or loss that I may suffer while engaged in said activities.
Emergency Medical Treatment: In the event of a medical emergency, I authorise Okada Manila Staff to seek and provide necessary medical treatment for me. I will be responsible for any associated medical expenses.

Data Privacy Consent: I voluntarily give my consent for the processing, collection, use, storage, sharing, retention (for a period no longer than necessary,) and erasure/disposal of my personal data or information obtained by Okada Manila for the purpose of guest profile management, verification, payment and refunds processing, risk management due to diligence, government compliance, and analytics. I also understand that Okada Manila will process my personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy found in https://www.okadamanila.com/privacy-policy.

Thrillscape Gameplay and Safety Guidelines
Game Play:
1.Each game or activity has a time limit of 20 minutes per session.
2.Players are to be given an RFID wrist tag which must be worn at all times.
3.Transponders are located across the course, which players must tag to earn points.
4.After tagging a transponder, players must first tag 20 transponders across the course before tagging the same transponder again.
Safety Rules:
1.Players must be at least 4 feet tall.
2.No pregnant players are allowed.
3.Players must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
4.Players must operate within their own ability and fitness level.
5.Climbing outside of the challenges is strictly prohibited.
6.Players must maintain a firm grip when descending obstacles.
7.Players must be mindful of other players and avoid physical contact with others.
8.Caution when tagging the transponders is advised.
9.Safety instructions given by staff on each event must be followed.
10.Players must adhere to the designated routes of the course.
Dress Code:
1.Fitness or recreational clothing is required.
2.Grip socks must be worn.
3.Footwear such as shoes and sandals are to be removed before entering the course.
4.Pockets must be free of loose items such as keys, phones, and coins.
5.Accessories such as watches, belt buckles, and jewellery are not to be worn.
Others:
*No food or drinks are allowed.
*Using the restroom before entering the obstacle course is recommended.
