Request Emergency Ride Home Form

The Emergency Ride Home (ERH) program provides a ride home for eligible commuters who used an alternative to driving alone (such as carpooling, vanpooling, taking the train or bus, walking or biking) to travel to work or school on the day of the emergency.

Before submitting your request, please review the ERH program details and eligibility requirements below to confirm that you qualify for a ride or reimbursement.

By submitting, I certify that the information provided is true and correct and I accept the terms and conditions of Spectrumotion's incentive programs as presented below.

I am employed, reside in, or attend school within the service area of Spectrumotion.
I understand that ERH benefits are limited to four (4) approved trips within a rolling 12-month period. Requests exceeding this limit will be denied.
I understand that Spectrumotion does not reimburse gratuities (tips). Any tip provided is voluntary and is the sole responsibility of the rider.
I agree to participate in a brief follow-up survey regarding my experience within 72 hours of my Emergency Ride Home.
I agree to the terms and conditions as stated on the Spectrumotion website.

Falsification of information may result in disqualification from our incentive programs and/or promotions.

By accepting an incentive to rideshare from Spectrumotion, I agree to hold Spectrumotion harmless from any and all claims as a result of my rideshare choices.
