Have your harness serial number available. We cannot process this request without a Valid Serial Number [##@##########]. We can also NOT process duplicate serial numbers, so if a duplicate serial number is received, that harness will be deleted from our list.

Please ensure you have completed the above and also checked the guidance on whether you can temporarily use your harness or if it needs to be quarantined.

File format must be a CSV format only,
You must have 3 columns only, with the headings:
    MODEL NAME,     MODEL REF #,    SERIAL NUMBER
All 3 columns data must be completed,
You can include any of the affected models in the one file.

You can export your data from EZYID, Scannable, PaperTrail etc in CSV format.
