Thank you for considering having your products at the Spencer Pride commUnity center!

This is the application utilized for individuals who wish to sell products at the Spencer Pride commUnity center, which is located at 17 E. Franklin Street in downtown Spencer, Indiana. Once you have submitted this application in its entirety, we will review your information & respond to you via e-mail or telephone within the next 30 days. In order to complete this application, you will need your business information, product information (including pricing, photos, etc.), & your payment preferences.

Applicants must represent businesses based in Indiana. Preference will be given for applicants in closer proximity to our commUnity center.

Applicants must be supportive of our mission & work. It is important to our patrons that they know they are purchasing products from vendors who believe in the fundamental equality of ALL people.

Below is a summary of Spencer Pride, Inc., so that you can best understand our mission & the work that we do our community. Please take a moment to read the information before proceeding to apply as a vendor in our retail shop.

Spencer Pride is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization that is 100% volunteer-fueled. We work collectively, by engaging our community, to help make Indiana a more welcoming place for ALL people.
- We educate the public about rural lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, & queer (LGBTQ+) people & issues.
- We provide a voice for the LGBTQ+ community to help foster an environment where there is no disparagement in opportunity simply because of one's gender expression, sexual orientation, or related perceptions of the same.
- We welcome everyone to join us as we continue to cultivate a community of compassion & celebration for all people.
- Spencer Pride runs an LGBTQ+ community center, coordinates events, hosts a youth group for LGBTQA+ teens, & provides a variety of free services to the public.

We purchase products wholesale from artists/craftspeople & generally establish retail prices with a 50% mark-up (meaning, 50% of the retail price is our profit, while the other 50% of the retail price is our cost).

Payment Information
We pay our vendors in one of two ways:
- Credit card (using vendor’s card service) – typically instant transaction, depending on vendor’s service. Requires an electronic invoice via PayPal, Square, or other similar service.
- Check (sent from our bank, via U.S. Postal Mail) – typically takes 3-4 weeks. Requires an electronic or paper invoice.
