Midcareer Fellowship Application
Fellowship application deadline is March 31, 2019 for all programs beginning in 2019.
Fellowship Eligibility Requirements
Fellowships are available for qualified students accepted during select time periods to the
MA or Executive MA in Jewish Professional Studies.
Admission to the MAJPS or EMAJPS program is a precondition for the Fellowship.
Fellowship applicants must also meet these criteria:
5+ years since receipt of undergraduate degree
3+ years working in Jewish commual service (does not need to be contiguous)
Currently employed in a Jewish organization for a minimum of 15 hours per week
Commitment to successfully completing the program coursework within a two-year period
Commitment to the field of Jewish communal service
Satisfactory in-person interview to assess qualifications for successful program completion
Fellowship funds are limited. Fellowships are awarded to qualified students on a first-come, first-served basis.
