Acknowledgement
I acknowledge that participation in the overseas swim camp involves inherent risks, including but not limited to training, competition, travel, accommodation, transportation, and recreational activities. I confirm that my child is medically fit to participate and agree to inform the organisers of any medical conditions prior to departure. I consent to the organisers and appointed coaches seeking medical treatment in the event of illness or injury and agree to bear all associated medical and related costs not covered by insurance. I understand that all participants are required to stay at Olive Tree Hotel, Penang for the full duration of the camp and agree to comply with all camp rules, supervision arrangements, curfews, and code of conduct. I agree that the organisers, coaches, and affiliated entities shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or expense arising from participation in the camp, except in cases of proven negligence. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organisers against any claims arising from my child’s participation, misconduct, or breach of camp rules, and acknowledge that fees paid are subject to the stated refund and cancellation policy.
