Attachments, Satellite Dishes and Antenna addition/change requirements are:

No permanent attachment of any kind shall be made to the roof or exterior walls of any building without review and approval of the ACC.
Satellite dishes may be installed in the rear yard within the building envelope. Dish shall not exceed 18 inches in diameter and should be fully screened from view from neighbors and Golf Course if appropriate.
Garden/Pride Flags are limited to one not to exceed 4 feet by 6 feet which can be affixed to the house with a proper flag pole extending at an angle from the porch column. Alternatively, one flag not to exceed 12 inches by 18 inches may be placed in a flower bed.
Flag poles are allowed in the rear of the house within the building envelope not to exceed the height of the house.
Display of American Flags must adhere to Public Law 94-344 (Federal Flag Code). This Code calls for display from sunrise to sunset unless illumination is provided.
Submittal requirements for Attachments, Satellite Dishes and Antenna is as follows:
- Details and samples of object/device to be installed.
- Photographs of existing conditions of the area where object/device will be installed, views from neighbors, street or Golf Course as appropriate.
Please note a walkthrough by the Architectural Change Committee may be necessary for this project. A representative from the management company will reach out to you if this is required.
