Lawn Ornaments/Bric-a-Brac/Fish Ponds/Fountains is as follows addition/change requirements are:

All lawn ornaments and bric-a-brac constitute Landscape Improvements and therefore are subject to review and approval by the ACC (refer to Springfield website for the online form and/or see Schedule M). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, no such landscape elements will be permitted in the front yard of any Lot without the prior written approval of the ACC. If, in the sole discretion of the ACC, such landscape elements are incompatible with the objectives of the Guidelines, they must be removed or relocated by the responsible Lot Owner, as specified by the ACC, within ten (10) days from the date of written notification to the Lot Owner.
Submittal requirements for Lawn Ornaments. Bric-a-Brac, Fish Ponds and Fountains is as follows:
- SC stamped lot survey showing the location of items to be installed showing dimensions to side and rear lot boundaries.
- Catalog photographs or manufacturer specification sheets of the items.
- Photographs of existing conditions showing the rear of property and views from neighboring lots.
- Landscape plan for screening of items if appropriate.
Please note a walkthrough by the Architectural Change Committee may be necessary for this project. A representative from the management company will reach out to you if this is required.
