Sports Courts addition/change requirements are:

Plans for Sports Courts must be professionally designed and overlaid on an SC Stamped survey of the property. The structure must be within the building envelope and setback lines (20 feet from the rear lot boundary, 5 feet from side boundary, and 30 feet from rear lot boundary for Golf Course adjacent properties). The structure must be located directly behind the home.
Plans must include fencing and privacy screening. The structure should be screened from view of public areas, neighbor lots and Golf Course.
Materials shall be similar to Versacourt or like materials and confirmed by a local professional engineer or licensed contractor.
Submittal requirements for Sports Courts are as follows:
- SC stamped lot survey showing a professional design of Sports Courts with dimensions to the side and rear boundaries.
- SC stamped lot survey showing fencing and screening plan.
- Detailed design from vendor indicating plan and materials for Sports Courts.
- Samples of all materials and colors used.
- Photographs of existing conditions showing property from rear boundary to house, house to rear boundary, views from neighboring lots and Golf Course (if appropriate).
Please note a walkthrough by the Architectural Change Committee may be necessary for this project. A representative from the management company will reach out to you if this is required.
