1. By submitting this form, you agree to Srishti's terms & conditions as outlined at www.srishtiusa.com.
2. By submitting the form, you let Srishti work on your requirement. You should receive a confirmation message from Srishti.
3. Srishti will make the flowers available to their customers.
* Due to USDA regulations, flowers are examined and released weekly.
* At times, flowers are banned and destroyed by the regulations; in that scenario, Srishti will try to fulfill the order to the best of their knowledge.
4. In unavoidable conditions, pre-order flowers cannot be fulfilled (due to weather or unexpected issues, such as cargo delay, etc.). Any time your order is canceled, the preorder customers will be notified.
5. We are not responsible for the custom clearance issues for Fresh Flowers and Leaves (Perishable Items) (Inside the USA & Canada).
6. All Advance payments and full payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. Also, the product cannot and will not be replaced.

Please check and take the coconuts, which are hand peeled, and all perishable items. Srishti is not responsible for any damage or rotten coconuts.
