* Srishti Management has the right to refuse any returns upon product inspection.

* To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

* Orders with free shipping are eligible (selective items) for returns; however, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

* Festival or seasonal products are non-returnable & non-refundable.

* Returns accepted only after our confirmation. Items must be returned in original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon. A refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned items.
