PARISH MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
The Archdiocese of Atlanta defines “Active Parishioners” as:

Those who have been registered in the parish for at least three (3) months; (please note that if you registered during the last three (3) months in this parish, you must provide evidence that you were previously active members at another parish, for a cumulative period of at least three (3) months).
- And attend Mass weekly and on Holydays of Obligation
- And contribute financially (in a trackable way) to support the parish and the Annual Appeal
- And contribute time and talent by participating in at least one ministry in the parish.
Please note that if you do not meet criteria for active membership, you will first need to become an active member of the parish.

GODPARENT & PROXY INFORMATION

In a Catholic baptism, Godparents serve as spiritual guides and role models, supporting the baptized person (or their parents) in living and growing in the Catholic faith. A Proxy steps in to stand as a representative for a Godparent who cannot physically attend the baptism, ensuring the Godparent's commitment is symbolically present.
Godparent's must obtain a Sponsor Letter from his/her home parish prior to the Baptism. Please submit Sponsor Letters to the parish office prior to the Baptism.

Every married Catholic Godparent must show proof of Catholic marriage certificate.
