Please fill out the submission form completely. You may submit 1 (one) digital piece of art in the form of a JPG or PNG on this form to be considered for this month's challenge as noted here. Challenge art will be posted on the Bohemian Art Cafe and The Creative Arts Club websites and on Facebook and Instagram for people to vote for their favorite pieces. Submission is free. The winner receiving the most votes by the public will receive a prize courtesy of Bohemian Art Cafe and The Creative Arts Club. Any visual medium is acceptable for this challenge except photography. NO Artificial Intelligence help or renderings please. We do not accept nudes/sexually explicit materials, snuff or gore images, depictions of any sort of human or animal violence, political art, hate crimes or hate speech, or anything that is deemed illegal. We strictly reserve the right to refuse any image or submission for any challenge contest at our sole discretion.
We collect your information to verify that you are a human being. Your information may be used if we need to reach you for any concerns with your submission as well as a way for us to know where our challenges are being seen and to provide prizes to winners of our challenges. Your information is never sold or given to others outside of our organization and is only used to communicate with you about our programs.

Blurry or poorly photographed images may need to be resent. We will contact you if the images are not suitable so you will have a chance to resubmit your image. Please be sure to NAME YOUR DIGITAL FILE with your name and title of your artwork.*

By submitting this form I hereby grant non-exclusive rights to Bohemian Art Cafe and The Creative Arts Club to use, display, post, and utilize my artwork to be shown on their websites, Facebook Pages, and or Instagram accounts as a part of The Challenge or for marketing or advertising for these challenges online or otherwise, and to be posted in the newsletter "Creative Sparks". I understand that the artwork will be displayed online and will be included in this month's Challenge for the public to choose and vote for their favorite artwork through the Bohemian Art Cafe and The Creative Arts Club Challenge.

I understand that I retain ALL RIGHTS to my artwork except for the rights herein given to Bohemian Art Cafe and the Creative Arts Club to post my artwork as I have titled it and with my name as the artist and the mediums used. I hereby sign and give notice that the artwork I am submitting belongs entirely to me, that there are no copyrights or trademarked images in my artwork that I do not own the copyright to in its entirety, and that I am the sole and rightful copyright owner of these artworks. I hereby verify that no portion of my artwork was created via artificial intelligence or artificial intelligence rendering programs, applications or other machine learning means and that my artwork was solely and completely made by me without the aid of artificial intelligence. I understand that if I misrepresent this information I am solely liable for any copyright infringements or complaints and that my submission may be removed from competition and my artworks banned from future competitions.
