Participating bicycles should be decorated and participants 14 years and younger must wear a helmet per Cascade Township Ordinance.
Parade Rules
On Cascade Rd and 28th St (once it widens) cars, trucks, and floats must stay in the center turn lane.
Limit the use of loud horns or other loud noisemakers.
Use caution when in the parade; watch for children and people walking during the parade.
Keep vehicles moving during the parade.
Passing out candy and other items is allowed, but it must be handed to spectators.
Do not throw items from moving vehicles.
We do not want children running into the street to pick up thrown items.
No hanging outside of vehicles - no getting on/off parade entries.
Entries with animals are required to clean up any waste produced immediately.
