Vendor Hold Harmless Agreement and Photo Release - Signature Required
By signing, the Vendor/Participant agrees to defend, indemnify, save and hold harmless the Stone Lake Cranberry Festival, its officers, agents, volunteers and employees from and against any and all accident, injury, claims, loss of merchandise, damage, action, cause of action, Judgment of liability of any type, arising directly or indirectly from the use of the Stone Lake Cranberry Festival, Town of Stone Lake or Town of Sand Lake, Washburn and Sawyer Counties of Wisconsin, Stone Lake, WI business owners or Stone Lake, WI private property owners any and all property being used and or occupied by the Stone Lake Cranberry Festival, Inc. Exhibitors shall pay all cost, expenses and attorney fees that may incur or paid by agent enforcing the agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, if I am successful in any suit, action, or proceedings for any injury, loss of life, damages lost cost of expense (including punitive damages) the award (including court costs) shall be limited to the amount of the fee paid by me to enter the Stone Lake Cranberry Festival.
I grant permission to Stone Lake Cranberry Festival, Inc. and any of its marketing partners to reproduce the photographs or video taken of me, or members of my family, for the purpose of publication, promotion, illustration or advertising in any manner or in any medium.
