Recipe Use Agreement:

By participating in the Taste of Cranberry Stone Lake Cranberry Festival Baking Contest, I hereby grant my permission to Stone Lake Cranberry Festival to use my recipe(s) and any accompanying materials. By submitting my recipes(s), I acknowledge that it (they) is (are) my own, that it has not been copied from someone else or a cookbook and that I have the power to grant the rights to the Cranberry Festival.

Hold Harmless Agreement:

I hereby waive all rights of inspection or approval of the recipe(s). I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Stone Lake Cranberry Festival, Inc and those acting under their authority from all claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the recipe(s), including without limitation any claims for invasion of privacy or publicity for use of my name or my image. I acknowledge that Stone Lake Cranberry Festival may use the recipe in accordance with permission herein without any payment to the undersigned or any third party.

Photo Release:

I grant permission to Stone Lake Cranberry Festival, Inc. and any of its marketing partners to reproduce the photographs or video taken of me, or members of my family, for the purpose of publication, promotion, illustration or advertising in any manner or in any medium.
