Stone Lake Cranberry Festival Parade Hold Harmless Agreement and Photo Release - Signature Required
By signing this registration, I agree to the following:
By submitting this form for participation in the Stone Lake Cranberry Festival Parade, you agree to indemnify, defend, waive, release and hold the Stone Lake Cranberry Festival Committee, volunteers, Towns of Stone Lake and Sand Lake, Washburn and Sawyer Counties harmless from any and all liability, claims and causes of action for injuries to person or property arising out of or related to this Festival parade, including, without limitation, injury or damage to vehicles or floats, performers, contractors, guests, parade attendees, invitees and all other third parties. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, if I am successful in any suit, action, or proceedings again them for any injury, loss of life, damages lost cost of expense (including punitive damages) the award (including court costs) shall be limited to the amount of the fee paid by me to enter the Stone Lake Cranberry Festival Parade.
Items cannot be thrown from the float including spraying water/other fluids at spectators. To distribute candy or other items during a parade, organization members or adults must walk along the float at a safe distance (minimum 6 feet) to provide items to spectators.
I grant permission to Stone Lake Cranberry Festival, Inc. and any of its marketing partners to reproduce the photographs or video taken of parade entry and it's participants, for the purpose of publication, promotion, illustration or advertising in any manner or in any medium.
