Cancellation Definitions:
Service(s) Cancellation: This occurs when one or more online marketing services are terminated, but your Stradigi Virtual Marketing account remains active.
Account Cancellation: This is when all services are discontinued, and your Stradigi Virtual Marketing account is formally closed.
Agreement Upon Cancellation Terms: Terms of Service
Cancellation Requirements:
- A 30-day notice is mandatory for all cancellations, whether for an account or service(s).
- Cancellations must be submitted exclusively via the Service(s) and/or Account Cancellation Form.
- Stradigi will not accept cancellations through any form of communication other than the designated cancellation form.
- Incomplete cancellation forms will not be processed by Stradigi.
- Stradigi will charge the full amount for the last month of service(s).
- Customers are responsible for coordinating the migration of their domain and/or website when switching to a new hosting provider.
- If assistance is needed for migration, a one-time fee of $199 applies.
- Domain and website migration must occur within the first 30 days following account cancellation.
