  • Important Vendor Information:
    Booth and add-on fees are non-refundable and will be considered a donation to Street Paws.

    Street Paws provides booth space only. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent and table (tables only for indoor spaces). Booth assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of a completed and paid application. We reserve the right to limit the number of vendors within the same category to ensure variety.

    Unloading and set up will begin from 12:00 pm until 2:30 pm. You must remove your car from the temporary loading area before you begin assembling your booth and display. For safety, vehicles are not allowed in the area during event hours. All booths are to remain open during the entire event. You may start closing down your booth 30 mins prior to 8:00 pm. However, vehicle access is not permitted until we have cleared the area of pedestrian traffic on Saturday evening.

    I understand that I am to be at the event and set up no later than ½ hour before the doors open at 3:00, early set up is preferred. I will bring my own tables, chairs, trash bags, tent and tent weights/tie downs (required). I can leave no earlier than 30 mins before the event ends unless special arrangements have been made with the Vendor Coordinator. Clean up of the booth area is the responsibility of the vendor and will be cleaned up before leaving for the day. It is the responsibility of all vendors to obtain any permits, licenses, insurance, etc. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax.

    This form is due in with payment no later than 2/15/2026 to secure a location at this event. Any registrations sent in after this day will be placed on an as-space is available basis and may not be included in all social media promotion.

    Additional information with set up (map) and parking will be emailed to the person listed about 2 weeks before the event. You may be required to park at a different location to allow more parking for customers.

    Please help us actively promote this event via word of mouth, email blasts, website and on your social media sites. Please tag Street Paws in your social media posts. Use hashtags if you can. We are #streetpaws. The more we all promote, it will help us all be successful.

    We would greatly appreciate it if you would consider donating an item to our silent auction/raffle/door prizes. Please let us know if you will be donating an item. You are welcome to put any advertisement labels, business cards etc with the item. Please make arrangements to have any donated items or marketing materials to us by 2/15/2026.

    Street Paws is not responsible for inclement weather, loss, theft, damage, or any claims resulting from the acts or omissions of participants during the Street Paws Spayghetti Dinner. As this is an indoor/outdoor event, please note that activities are subject to weather conditions beyond our control.

  • Hold Harmless Waiver
    I. Parties and Consideration
    By signing this form in consideration of being permitted to interact with Street Paws, you (Releasor), being of lawful age, for himself/herself and personal representative, heirs and next of kin, executors, and administrators, covenants, affirm and agree to bind the following:
    The parties released and protected hereunder are Street Paws, Inc. and its directors, officers, promoters, members, advertisers, sponsors, volunteers, owners, lessees and owners of the premises and each of them, their officers, directors, employees and volunteers, their heirs, administrators, and executors (collectively, the Releasees).

    II. Release and Waiver of Liability
    The Releasor hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Releasees from liability to the Releasor, his/her personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for all assigns from any and all loss, damage, claim, action, demand, right of action, suit or liability to third persons arising from any cause of any kind or nature whether either in law or in equity arising from or by reason, directly or indirectly related to this event or this agreement.
    This release includes but is not limited to claims for any bodily injury or personal injuries known or unknown, to persons including death or destruction of property; whether intentional, negligent or consequential as result of any act or omission of yours or the officers, director, volunteers, employees or agents of your business, or to result from any accident which may occur as a result of interacting or working with Street Paws Inc or the dogs/cats up for adoption with Street Paws, Inc., whether arising from the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
    EXCLUSION: Notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement to the contrary, this Release and Waiver of Liability shall not apply to, and does not release or waive, the Releasees from any liability for, damages or claims arising from the gross negligence, willful misconduct, intentional torts, or illegal acts of Street Paws, Inc. or any of its directors, officers, employees, or volunteers, as such exclusion is required by Georgia law and public policy.

    III. Assumption of Risk
    Releasor assumes full responsibility for and risk of bodily injury, death or property damage while interacting with Street Paws, Inc., and expressly acknowledges the fact that while interacting with Street Paws, Inc., he/she may come in contact with dogs/cats which may not yet have up to date vaccinations, and dogs/cats which could bite/scratch or otherwise cause injury, while interacting and or working with Street Paws, Inc.

    IV. Indemnification and Hold Harmless
    The Releasor hereby covenants, affirm and agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Releasees and each of them from:
    1. Defense and Costs: Any loss, liability, damage or cost the Releasees may incur due to the presence of Releasor at the Street Paws, Inc., event, kennels or other location where the dogs/cats are being adopted or cared for.
    2. Third-Party Claims: Any liability, suit, claim, or demand by third persons (including attorney fees at trial and appeal) arising from or related to the Releasor's participation or conduct at the event.

    V. Acknowledgment and Certification
    Releasor further states that he/she has carefully read the above release and knows the contents of the release and signs this release as his/her own free act. In addition, the Releasor certifies that he/she is over the age of eighteen (18).
    This release contains the entire agreement between the parties to this agreement and the terms of this release are contractual and not mere recital.
