Canada Stretching Therapy Association and Pain Free Exercise Club are excited to launch a special Thanksgiving limited-time promotion 🎉, exclusively for new members enrolling with automatic credit card payments.

✅ Buddy Price (>2ppls): Only $118/month per person (tax included)
✅ Referral Reward: Existing monthly members who refer a new member will each receive a Peanut Massage Ball 🎁

If the referrer’s current monthly fee is higher than the new member’s promotional rate, the referrer’s fee will be automatically adjusted to match the lower promotional price, effective November 2025.

Thanksgiving Promotion – Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period: Valid from October 1–13, 2025 only.
New Member Offer: $127/month (tax included). Registration and payment must be completed during the promotion period.
Buddy Offer: Two new members signing up together can join at $118/month each (tax included). Both must register and pay at the same time.
Offer applies only to new members paying by automatic credit card transfer.
Referral Reward: Existing monthly members who successfully refer a new member will each receive one Peanut Massage Ball.
Each member can receive a maximum of one reward during the promotion.
Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
⚠️ Promotion and rewards are limited, first come, first served.
All offers apply only to designated new members making their first registration and payment. They are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Pain Free Exercise Club reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion and its terms.

Class Booking Rules

- All classes must be booked in advance.
- To cancel, notify us at least 24 hours before class so your spot can be released.
- If you miss or cancel late 3 times, your booking rights will be suspended for 7 days.
- Class spots are limited, first come, first served. Please book early.
- Missed classes are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or carried over.
- Classes are for personal use only. They cannot be transferred, shared, or attended by others. Violation may result in membership cancellation.
- Class times or formats (including switching to online) may be adjusted due to instructor or venue changes. Members will be notified in advance.
- Please wear appropriate workout clothing. For light fitness classes, clean indoor shoes are required. Entry may be refused without them.
- No classes on public holidays.
- Booking for the following month opens on the 25th of each month.
- To keep your promotional rate while pausing attendance, you may pay a holding fee of $20 + tax per month. The fee is non-refundable and does not include make-up classes.
