DUNMORE EQUESTRIAN SOCIETY (DES) RIDING PASS ARENA RULES & WAIVER

Please read in detail.
The Riding Pass Members acknowledge that from time to time the DES Arena will be hosting and renting the facility for events; the booked dates are listed on our website calendar at www.dunmoreequestrian.com Please respect the follow guidelines:

RIDING PASS MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES
-Abide by all posted DES rules and policies
-Riding Pass Members are responsible to help keep the facility clean...please do not litter
-Outdoor Arena: All Dogs must be on a leash and under control at all times
-Indoor Arena: No Dogs are permitted in the Indoor Arena
-Youth under 16 need to be supervised at all times
-Privileges may be revoked for any breach of DES rules and policies

RIDING PASS RULES
- Horses are not permitted loose in the arena if there are other riders using the arena
- Horses are not permitted to be tied inside the arena if there are other riders using the arena
- Horses are not permitted on south (announcers’ booth) and west (bleachers) sides of the arena
- If your horse needs lunging please use the round pen if there are other riders in the arena
- Keep your eyes up and ride defensively and conduct yourself in a safe and reasonable manner
- Carry appropriate insurance for yourself and your horse (i.e. AEF www.albertaequestrian.com )
- All horses must be controllable and controlled while on the DES property
- Use of equipment in the arena is allowed under the following circumstances:
  - All riders must agree to any equipment being used in the arena
  - If you put out any equipment (i.e. Barrels) you must put it away and close all gates when you finish your ride
By signing the riding pass membership form Applicants agree to hold the Dunmore Equestrian Society harmless of any claim resulting from damage or injury caused by the horse(s), riding pass member(s) or their guests and invites, to anyone, including, but not limited to, legal fees and/or expenses incurred by the Dunmore Equestrian Society in defense of such a claim.

I acknowledge the inherent risks associated with the Dunmore Equestrian Societies (DES) facilities and take full responsibility for my actions and for those of any adult and minors listed above. I absolve DES its’ directors, employees and volunteers from any and all consequences and free from any and all liabilities from the actions of all the parties above listed. I accept on behalf of all applicants that the rules and regulations as set out by DES and from time to time amended shall apply to our conduct and that they may cancel our privileges at their discretion.
