Hosted by Lama Foundation, a mountain retreat center adjacent to the Carson National Forest about 30 miles south of Colorado near Taos, New Mexico, and the burial site of Murshid Samuel Lewis.

Retreat begins with dinner on Wednesday evening and ends after lunch on Sunday.

Lama Foundation is located near San Cristobal, NM. The nearest major airport is in Albuquerque, about 3 hours south of Lama.

Lama Housing includes:

Shared: Women's Yurt, Painted Yurt and The Ark (Men), Treehouse West

Private: ISC rooms, Heiwa Hut that are private but sleep one or two per room

Lama also may have private/shared spaces that are further from Central, requiring a 10-15 minute uphill walk: Blue Bird or Western Vault

Lama representatives will be in contact to ensure your reservation. Lama housing is offered at sliding scale $15 - $45 per night for shared, $50 - $85 per night for private. Housing payment will be made upon arrival - not with registration.

Rides to and from Lama Foundation are not included with registration. There are no airport shuttles directly to our site.

Tuition is due with registration. Refunds less non-refundable $100 admin fee is available before June 10, 2026. No tuition refund is available after June 10, 2026.

Housing fees are paid directly to Lama Foundation upon arrival at check-in.
