  • Please note that, during the pandemic, all transcripts will be sent electronically. Electronic transcripts are only official when sent directly to the recipient from the Registrar's office. If you wish the transcripts to be sent to your own email address, your recipient will not consider it to be official upon arrival from your own email address.

  • Your transcript may need to go through an Apostille process, pursuant to the 1961 Hague Convention. Please check with the recipient before placing your order here. You can also check this link for more information about participating countries.

    If Apostille is needed, then select the "Apostille Transcript" option below. Please allow significantly longer than 8 weeks for delivery, as the process requires collaboration with our local government, which is gravely affected by the pandemic. Expedited Apostille transcripts are not available.

    The pricing of an Apostille Transcript is $10 for standard processing transcript, plus $45 for Apostille service.

    PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING APOSTILLE TRANSCRIPTS DURING THE PANDEMIC, since it is a paper process, and takes much longer than usual. Please see if your recipient will, instead, accept an English transcript in electronic form.
