By participating in the Youth and Mental Health Event organised by IG Community and Health Partners, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk:
Participants acknowledge that engaging in sports activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injuries and property damage.

Participants accept full responsibility for these risks and release IG Community and Health Partners, its organisers, sponsors, and volunteers from liability for any injuries or damages incurred during the event.

Health and Fitness:
Participants certify that they are in good health and capable of participating in the event.

Individuals with any medical conditions or concerns should seek advice from a healthcare professional before participating.

Medication and Medical Assistance:
Participants with specific medical conditions or requiring medication should carry necessary prescriptions and inform event organizers.

NO medical personnel will be available during the event, and participants requiring medical treatment should notify the organisers consent that calling emergency services is deemed necessary in case of injury or emergency.

Please be advised that the organizers of this event will have first aid services available on-site for minor medical needs or injuries. Participants should understand that this first aid support is limited to basic medical assistance and is not a substitute for professional medical care. In case of severe injuries or medical emergencies, participants are responsible for seeking immediate medical attention from qualified healthcare professionals or contacting emergency services. The event organisers are not equipped to provide advanced medical treatment, and participants are encouraged to come prepared with any necessary medications or medical supplies they may require.

Disability:
Participants with disabilities are kindly advised to arrange for their own support worker, if required, to ensure personalised assistance and support during the event. While event staff will provide assistance to the best of their abilities, it's important to note that not all event staff have experience or skills in providing disability support work. Having a dedicated support worker can help ensure that individual needs are met effectively.

Conduct and Safety:
Participants must adhere to event rules, guidelines, and safety instructions provided by organizers and officials.

Unsportsmanlike conduct, including aggressive behaviour or substance abuse, will not be tolerated.

Equipment and Personal Belongings:
Participants are responsible for their own sports equipment and personal belongings. IG Community and Health Partners is not liable for lost or stolen items.

Cancellation or Modifications:
IG Community and Health Partners reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns.

CONSENT:

I/We understand and acknowledge the nature of this sport event, including the associated risks and physical exertion it may involve. I/We am/are voluntarily choosing to participate and assume full responsibility for any potential risks or injuries that may occur during the event.

I/We further agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and safety guidelines established by the event organisers and will cooperate with event staff, officials, and medical personnel as needed.

In consideration for being allowed to participate in this event, I/We hereby release and discharge IG Community and Health Partners, its organisers, sponsors, volunteers, and all associated parties from any liability, claims, or demands arising from my participation.

I/We confirm that I/We am/are capable of participating in this event, and I/We have not been advised otherwise by a medical professional.

I/We also grant permission for any medical treatment that may be required in case of injury or emergency, including the administration of necessary medical procedures.

By signing this consent letter, I/We affirm that I/We have carefully read and understood all the terms and conditions outlined herein, and I/We willingly agree to abide by them.
