All participants must play fairly and safely, showing respect to referees, staff, and fellow players at all times. Rough, reckless, or dangerous play will not be tolerated. Players are required to wear proper footwear and attire and must arrive on time for scheduled games, as late arrivals may result in forfeits. The use of drugs, alcohol, or engaging in abusive or offensive behaviour is strictly prohibited, and any breaches may lead to removal from the game or event. Participation may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing. Players take part at their own risk, and organisers are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal items. It is recommended that players hold personal insurance.
