❌ Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations within that window are subject to a fee of 50% of the services scheduled. Each client receives a courtesy waiver, which can be used to avoid a cancellation fee.

If we do not hear from you within the no-show window, we may charge you a full or partial service fee.
