On-Deck Evaluation Form
This form will allow you to pre-populate the requested on-deck evaluations for your racing event.
- You can SAVE the form before submitting.
- Once completed a PDF with the entries will be sent to you which you can share with the session referee/evaluator.
- You will also get an EDIT SUBMISSION LINK to update the on-deck evaluations after the racing event.
- You can take a picture of complete On-Deck Evaliation Form, upload a scanned copy or you can share the link with the Evaluator to complete the evaluations on their phones prior to leaving.
