The 2026 Junior Festivals will be implementing photo accreditations for team managers. As part of the application below, please provide a clear headshot (this can be similar to a passport photo but doesn't have to be a passport photo) and complete the other relevant details for the respective coaches and team managers for your club.
Please complete the form by Tuesday 17th February at 11.59pm. Late accreditation applications will be accepted up until Wednesday 18th February at 11.59pm at a cost of $50 per accreditation.
For coaches, we have another application form for you to complete once per annual membership year (1 July - 30 June).

If names are not provided for team managers, there will be no passes created and general admission tickets will be required to gain public entry with no access to pool deck.
Photo accreditations are non-transferable. Rotating of team managers or coaches will not be permitted. All team managers wishing to access the pool deck during competition will need to have their details completed in the application form below.
All persons applying for accreditation have read and agree to adhere to the SNZ Member Protection Policy and SNZ Accreditation to SNZ Events (Policy 009).
