From the start of events for the 2024-25 financial year, Swimming NZ and SCTNZ are working together to reduce the workload required with gaining accreditations for SNZ events - for the benefit of administration and the coach themselves.
In this case, please complete this form to obtain your annual coach accreditation pass for the following events in the membership year (1 July 2024 - 30 June 2025):
2024 NZ Secondary School Swimming Championships**
2024 Apollo Projects NZ Short Course Swimming Championships
2025 Apollo Projects Junior Festivals (all zones)
2025 Apollo Projects NZ Swimming Championships
2025 Apollo Projects NZ Age Group Swimming Championships
2025 Apollo Projects Division II Swimming Competition
And any other SNZ event that is delivered in this financial year
To be eligible to receive your coach accreditation, we require you to have completed:
- Current Police Vetting
- Drug Free Sport Level 1 Online Module
- Safeguarding Children Online Module
- Good Sports Online Module
Please ensure this form is complete by the dates in the table below for your pass to be ready for collection at the respective events. Note: you only need to complete this form once.

The accreditation pass will be ready for collection at the accreditation desk of the first event you attend. For those attending multiple events, you must remember to bring your pass to each respective event as there won't be a new pass printed.
All persons applying for accreditation have read and agree to adhere to the SNZ Member Protection Policy and SNZ Accreditation to SNZ Events (Policy 009).
